Coming from a third-world country and experiencing poverty is certainly an experience that shaped him for the better. Chinolder Chery is from Haiti! A place where he must tackle adversity, hardship, and despair.

He is immensely grateful to live in one of the best nations in the world, America. The land of limitless opportunities. After going to college and starting pharmacy school, he immediately realized academic education wasn’t for him, so he quit. Following quitting school, he pursued entrepreneurship. He then worked in corporate America for six years and later purchased his first multi-family investment. His mindset and vision changed from then on, and he greatly desired real estate. He later started in the healthcare industry.

He started a healthcare business. It’s been a success and is currently under expansion. He currently has several rentals and has fixed and flipped properties. At T&C Capital, his passion is to develop and maintain strong relationships with current and future investors. Other departments he covers are acquisitions, capital raising, negotiating deals, broker relationships, and closing deals.
